Shipping Policy
We offer a simple and transparent shipping option for all orders within the Auckland region.
Delivery (Auckland Only)
- Flat rate: $150 per order
- Applies to all Auckland metro areas
- Delivery includes transport to your address; installation is not included unless otherwise agreed
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- Delivery timeframes will be confirmed once your order is ready, usually around 2 weeks to manufacture.
Pickup Option
- Free pickup available from our workshop
- You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
- Please ensure you have suitable transport and assistance if required
Access Requirements
- Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery
- Additional charges may apply if access is restricted (e.g. stairs, long carry distances, or special handling requirements)
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup
- Any damage or issues must be reported within 24 hours
Outside Auckland
- We currently do not offer shipping outside Auckland. Please contact us directly if you require alternative arrangements
